Clause 1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jp369", "we", "us", "our" refers to the company operating the jp369 platform at https://jp369.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Platform" refers to the jp369 website, mobile site, applications, and any software provided to access our services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the jp369 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player through the Platform's registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and awarded bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by jp369 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of Account Balance derived from deposits and cleared winnings, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive transaction currency on the jp369 Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default time zone referenced in these Terms unless otherwise specified.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and related services offered through the Platform.

Clause 2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use jp369, you must confirm and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf;
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in a personal capacity for recreational purposes;
4. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law in a manner that imposes personal liability on end users for accessing offshore services;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jp369 or any of its affiliated entities;
6. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on jp369 or any affiliated platform;
7. You are not acting on behalf of another person or using funds sourced from illegal activity;
8. You have not previously had an Account terminated by jp369 for a breach of these Terms.

Clause 3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the jp369 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid, unique email address that you personally control;
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number registered in your name;
• Your current residential address in Indonesia;
• Your preferred withdrawal bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, or Bank Permata) or e-wallet identifier (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jp369 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.

Account Currency

All Accounts on jp369 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency accounts are offered. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in IDR.

Clause 4 KYC & Verification

jp369 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. We operate a mandatory KYC verification programme that applies to all registered Players. Verification may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — at the time of first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or when our compliance team flags account activity for review.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving Licence (SIM) — must show your full name, date of birth, photo, and document number clearly;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the past 90 days showing your name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your Account, confirming the account holder name matches your jp369 Account registration;
• Source of Funds Declaration: May be required for Players whose cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds as determined by our compliance team.

All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. jp369 will never share your KYC documents with third parties except where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

Clause 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your jp369 Account may be made via the following methods, all processed in IDR:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection. jp369 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000;
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered on your Account. jp369 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances;
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed;
• Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before the associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• jp369 targets processing times of 3–15 minutes for standard withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts. Processing times may extend to 60 minutes during peak periods or system maintenance windows;
• jp369 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

Clause 6 Bonuses & Promotions

jp369 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit;
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5× (five times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account Balance;
• jp369 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel accrued bonus credits, or void winnings derived from Bonus Funds if jp369 reasonably determines that a Player has abused the promotion, engaged in matched betting, used multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploited a technical error;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied;
• jp369 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

Clause 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the jp369 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules published in the Platform's Help section. In the event of a conflict between the general rules in this clause and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule prevails.

• Bets are not accepted from Players whose Accounts are suspended, under review, or subject to active self-exclusion;
• jp369 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, including typographical errors in odds or market parameters;
• For Asian Handicap (voor bola, the handicap-style wager popular in Indonesian football betting) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets, specific settlement rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference;
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to live market availability and may be suspended or closed by jp369's trading team at any time without prior notice;
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type are published in the Platform's betting rules section. jp369 is not obligated to pay out amounts in excess of stated maximums regardless of the settled result.

7.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on jp369 are sourced from certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

7.3 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on jp369 cover Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau pools, among others. Draw results are sourced directly from the respective official pool operators. jp369 does not influence draw outcomes and is not affiliated with any government lottery body. Settlement of togel bets follows the official draw result published by each pool operator.

Clause 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp369 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance (including Real Money Balance where fraud is established), and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Deploying automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets without direct human interaction;
• Exploiting software bugs, odds errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from exploitation of a manifest error will be voided;
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, third-party accounts, or systematic matched-betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk;
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using gambling activity to conceal the origin of funds derived from criminal activity;
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring Account credentials or Account Balances;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jp369 staff or other Players.

Clause 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jp369 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of jp369 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from jp369;
• Use any jp369 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Scrape, crawl, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means;
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion thereof on any other website or application.

Clause 10 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by jp369 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and jp369. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

In summary, jp369 collects personal data necessary for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of our Services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated service providers operating on our behalf (for example, KYC verification vendors and payment processors) under strict data processing agreements.

Clause 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp369 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jp369's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, acts of government, natural disasters, or industrial disputes;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Losses arising from bets placed on the basis of information provided by third-party data feeds where an error in the data feed is beyond jp369's direct control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if jp369 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jp369's liability for death or personal injury caused by jp369's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by jp369, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Clause 12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by jp369

jp369 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jp369 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes;
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The security of the Account has been compromised;
• Continuation of the Account relationship would expose jp369 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, jp369 will communicate the reason for suspension to the Player (to the extent that doing so does not compromise the investigation) and will target resolution within 14 business days.

12.2 Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in full, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon Account closure.

Clause 13 Responsible Gaming

jp369 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a comprehensive suite of player-protection tools that are available free of charge to all registered Players. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and a full self-exclusion facility.

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or mental health are encouraged to make immediate use of these tools or to contact our support team to request urgent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect across the jp369 Platform.

Clause 14 Governing Law

jp369 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp369 is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and jp369, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as specified by jp369 at the time the dispute is raised.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence. By using the jp369 Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your personal responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using our Services.

Clause 15 Amendments

jp369 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your Account prior to the effective date of the change by contacting our support team. Upon closure, your Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method in full.
